Mr. N.K. Narkhede (Our Inspiration)

He had over 55 years of experience in the paints and related industries. He has held key positions such as Chief Chemist at Blundell Eomite Paints Ltd. (Garware Paints), Plant & R&D Head at Jenson & Nicholson (Ind) Ltd., and Joint MD at General Pigments and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Savlar Paints, and Central Insecticides.

Dr. Kishor Narkhede (Proprietor)
M.Sc & Ph.D (UDCT, Mumbai)
Dr. Kishor is the proprietor with over 40 years of experience in paints and related industries. He oversees the R&D division and provides guidance to other departments of the company.Heis a member of ISSPA, IPCA, and a committee member of TMIA. He has also served as a committee member of the Color Society.

B.E. (Chemical)
Raj oversees our day-to-day operations and leads product and business development across global markets. With a career that began at Reliance Industries Ltd., he joined the family business in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong vision for growth and expansion.
Mrs. Prachi Narkhede (CAO)
MSc Statistics (Scotland)
Prachi holds a Master’s in Statistics and brings analytical precision to her role overseeing our Admin, Accounts and HR operations. She also plays a key role in managing ISO certification processes, ensuring our compliance with international standards and driving operational excellence across the company.
